🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Liwazo Eyewears

At Liwazo Eyewears, we aim to provide stylish and high-quality sunglasses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

📦 Returns

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • With original packaging, box, and accessories
  • Returns will not be accepted if:
    • Product is used, scratched, or damaged by the customer
    • Original packaging is missing

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product, Liwazo will bear the return shipping cost.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
  • If approved:
    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
    • Amount will be credited to original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

🔁 Exchange

  • We offer exchange only for defective or wrong items
  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged sunglasses
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Products without original packaging
